Application of Steel Industry

Dust removal in the steel industry: It can be divided into the first level dust removal, namely the dust removal of the exhaust gas discharged during the steel production process, and the second level dust removal, namely the dust removal of the exhaust gas generated by the entire steel production workshop.
 

The polyester filter material produced by WUXI TR is subjected to appropriate surface treatment according to the characteristics of exhaust emission dust. It has been proved by practice that the filter material after suitable surface treatment can effectively filter various kinds of dust. 
 

In many cases, the viscosity of the dust is very high, and the filter material treated by PTFE impregnated can receive good results. After treatment, the filter material has the function of oil-proof and water-proof, which can improve the cleanliness of the filter material and make it possible to clean the filter material by low-pressure back-blowing. 
 

Depending on the process and requirements, SI and MPS microfibers treatment can also be processed. This product has great advantages in the case of high dust flammability.
