Liquid Needled Felt Filter Media

Non-woven needled felt is a kind of deep three-dimensional filtration material, and 100% pure fiber forms a three-dimensional, highly fluffy and circuitous filtration layer by needling method. Its characteristic is loose fiberous tissue. High void fraction increases the interception capacity of impurities. This kind of fiber material belongs to the double interception mode, which can effectively remove solids and soft particles. The larger particle impurities are intercepted on the fiber surface, and the fine particles are captured in the deep layer of the filter material to ensure that the fiber material will not be damaged due to the increase of pressure in the use of process. So the filtration has higher filtration efficiency. It has a wide range of application fields.

The high-temperature sintering and calendered treatment on the surface of the filter material can effectively prevent fiber falling during filtration with no pollution, low pressure difference and large flow rate and avoid shortening the life of filter bag and the excessive blockage of the filter hole caused by the traditional rolling treatment.

Liquid needled felt filter media includes : normal temperature Polyester (PE), Acid-alkali resistant polypropylene (PO )， high temperature PTFE. The width of the filter material can be precisely cut according to the production needs. The filtration precision is 0.5um, 1um, 5um, 10um, 25um, 50um, 75um, 100um, 150um, 200um, 250um and 300um.

The filter material has been strictly tested and certified so as to meet more filtration requirements of factual working conditions.
